Terence T. D'Arby is a minor antagonist, and younger brother of Daniel J. D'Arby, featured in Stardust Crusaders. Serving as DIO's butler, D'Arby acts as a rather polite and affable individual upon initial greetings, keeping his calm even in the face of both provocations and threats. However, his demeanor is little more than a facade for his twisted and arrogant personality beneath. With the use of his Stand abilities, he can steal the soul of anyone who recognizes defeat against him, as well as being able to read minds in the form of binary 'yes or no' responses. Both abilities are applied in aims to preserve the security of DIO's mansion and ensure no unwanted company sets foot inside.

Minister Dolores Lykos is the first to establish an all monster-ran party that caters to all the creatures and those of hybrid descent: they call themselves "the Legendary Party." She serves as the secondary antagonist in a duel partnership against a third-party rally of protesters, seeking to put down her totalitarian objectives of the party. Dolores had been trouble since the day she was born, the second eldest of a litter of five, and her mother, Fridoline Lýkos', proclaimed only hope of preserving the Lýkos matriarchal legacy against her father, Valentin Loup's, patriarchal Loup reign. The family was divided since the beginning: two packs married in by two domineering parents far more concerned with maintaining their kin's legacies than protecting their litter. All the pups were pawns against each other, woven by mistrust, and the two eldest pups, Michal Loup and Dolores, having their parents whispering in their ears. Dolores would move first, instructed in secret by her mother to execute Michal in his sleep. "No one will know it was you" Fridoline would assert, "You must do this for us. For me."But, Dolores was a clumsy youth, heavy on her paws. Her brother was slain, but not before he had the chance to fight back, scoring four deep claw marks across the right side of her face, and making her with the shame of betrayal. It was the final straw to break the camel's back, the family surging into uproar when Dolores' treason was discovered. As her father howled his outrage and despair, she would wait for her mother's defence, an interjection of reason: she always had a plan. Yet, Dolores would never hear Fridoline speak again, her mother never admitting her involvement in the plot while her husband lamented. Dolores was cast from the pack that day, alone and more reckless than ever. She would become a plague to the streets of Dijon, unleashing her wrath and anger upon any who strayed to close. It was upon one of her attacks where she came across a young woman, Diana. A prostitute walking through the streets that evening. When she saw Dolores advancing towards her, she knew exactly who she was: the beast of the night who devoured any who walked alone. Always a quick woman, she was quick to arm herself with anything nearby, and struck the wolf hard with a dislodged pipe, splitting her scalp and temporarily disorienting the creature. She had an open shot to put Dolores down for good, putting an end to her reign of terror... yet, she would hesitate mid swing, staring down into those fearsome eyes for a long few heartbeats: Dolores' first encounter with mercy.When Dia would run, Dolores would not follow, utterly perplexed by this rush of confusion. Why had she spared her? Why? It was utterly illogical, and yet she was dying to know why. For the first time in a long while, Dolores would shift back into her human glamour, following Dia's scent through the Commune until she found the woman standing outside a hostelry. Brador is a mysterious character that lies in a cell, locked away out of his own volition, ringing a soundless bell. He was once an assassin for the Healing Church. However, after killing a compatriot, Brador wore his scalp and hid himself away in the cell where he currently resides, in the deepest dungeon cell. He is shrouded in mystery and it is at least certain that he knows secrets of the Healing Church which must not be unearthed. Although it is not entirely necessary, Eames also abides by being recruited for collaborative teamwork, and is willing to use his allies' strengths to boost his own work.An affable, but notably private man, his history is a mystery to most: rumours settling shakily on a former military man hiding away (not-so-secretly) in the heart of Mombasa, Kenya to avoid legal repercussions of his work while still advertising himself for hire. A highly skilled forger, able to manipulate his physical appearance in a target's mind as a literal, physical manifestation of someone else. Beyond even his mimetic abilities, due to Eames' exceptional skill and dedication into researching other people's mannerisms and behaviours, he makes for an extremely convincing doppelganger. His honed experience allows Eames a uniquely vast range of subjects to impersonate, regardless of their size, gender, or age. The only true downside to this is the purely mental range of Eames' abilities: he cannot physically change his appearance, and only appears as such in a subject's mind. The more people that are around him, the more difficulty he had in maintaining his glamour, as additional conscious effort must be put into projecting the same image into their minds instead of a single subject. Because of this, he much prefers to interact with targets alone, although he is not one to turn down a challenge.

Although he prefers to avoid it, Eames is shown to be highly capable with various weapons, firearms, and other explosives. He is also able to physically defend himself in hand-to-hand combat and operate complicated machinery with relative efficiency.

MOTHER
Lieutenant Nicole Eames. The most inspiring figure in her son's life, Nicole is a veteran of the British Army, a respected Lieutenant who hung up her hat after a traumatic injury on the field completely shifted her world-view, reinforcing her desire to survive for the sake of her husband, and their nine-year-old son. Even so, Eames still found his mother's heroism captivating, the romanticised notion of following in her footsteps cemented into his mind, despite her protests, leading him to serve for four years from the ages of eighteen to twenty-two. Due to his mother's esteemed reputation, the young man was accepted and integrated eagerly into the system, even reaching Corporal ranking before his retirement. For all his mother's strength, determination, and looks — the young man undoubtedly possessed his father's free spirit. The regiment and constraints of the Army bored him, and Eames' true nature as a loner made cooperation all but agonising after years of repetition. What did captivate him, however, was the espionage — his curious, mimetic abilities offering methods entirely unheard of off the books, but far more desirable to underground employers. It is an irony Eames doesn't reflect on lightly: his initial wish to honour his kin leading to roads his mother would never dream of walking. Nonetheless, Eames still cherishes the warmth, strength and devotion in Nicole's nature, and tells himself that one day he will return to her, even at the risk of his own incarceration.

Mark Eames. A painter from Manchester, Eames has heard his father's likeness held up by his mother more times than he can count: although she is far from incorrect. Although far meeker than his son, Mark possesses a brilliant mind and a free, creative spirit — something that he has emphasised to be of far greater importance than any technical or academic skill since Eames was a boy. With Nicole's presence fleeting up until their son was nine, Mark was the primary caregiver, often taking his son along with him to parks, street sides, canals and public buildings while he painted from life.
